WHO WE ARE
Dennis Stroer is a Class A HVAC Contractor. He has been in the business of air conditioning and heating design, installation, and service for 25 years. He is NBI certified for Test & Balance, certified by the State of Florida as a Class 1 Residential Rater, New Commercial Rater, and New Public Building Rater. He is certified by ACCA as an instructor in Manual J V8. Dennis sits on the advisory board for the Florida House Learning Center and is the immediate past President of the National Energy Raters Association.
Cheryl Stroer is a Class 3 Residential Rater. She has been in the air conditioning and heating business for 25 years. She is certified by the State of Florida as a Class 3 Residential Rater and is experienced in Code Compliance Calculation and HVAC Load Calculations.
Tei Kucharski performs Manual-J load and energy code calculations for Calcs-Plus. She is also program coordinator for the Florida Energy Gauge on a part time basis. There, her tasks include marketing Energy GaugeŽ software to consumers, builders, real estate professionals and mechanical systems professionals, the training of new raters, educating diversified groups about the rating system, software technical support and maintaining the ratings database. In addition, she has also conducted workshops and performed technical support for the Department of Community Affairs in Florida dealing with both residential and commercial energy code to building officials, HVAC contractors, and builders. Ms. Kucharski has more than 20 years experience in preparing residential and commercial energy calculations for builders. She is a Certified Class I Energy Rater in the State of Florida and a certified residential building contractor, inactive. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Housing Coalition, a non-profit affordable housing advocate.
Randy Hurley works with our firm as an outside associate. Randy's duties range from HVAC Load Calculations to assisting on Air Side Diagnostic & Testing work. He brings with him 5 years experience in the construction field.
Rob Monks Rob Monks works with our firm as a HVAC design associate. He comes to the firm with 8 years experience in the air conditioning field. His experience includes design & in field supervision of installations.
Jon Klongerbo is Director of our East Coast Division. He is a Duct Smoke Testing Instructor and certified by the State of Florida as a Class 1 Residential Energy Rater. He has conducted cost and energy savings analysis on a multitude of new residential construction projects and has worked in support of numerous technical and research projects while employed at the Florida Solar Energy center. Jon has an MBA from University of Central Florida and a BSBA from the University of Florida.
Bill
Eberle operates our Tampa Bay Division. He is Duct Smoke Testing
Instructor, certified by the State
of Florida as a Class 1 Energy Rater, and is an Energy Star Partner. He
supplies compliance and verification consulting and has engineered programs
for Florida Utilities usage, modeling and energy conservation programs.
Bills background includes Engineering for Datacom, Telecom, Defense and
Power Industries. He is an alumnus of Clarkson
University in Chemical Engineering.
Robert McCulley is a LEED Accredited Professional with twenty-five years' technical experience inside and outside the Green Building profession. He has experience in LEED consulting, Green Building certification, and commissioning of high performance buildings. He served as Commissioning Agent for two LEED Certified buildings in Sarasota County. Robert is also a Commercial Project Evaluator for the Florida Green Building Coalition. He received a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from North Carolina State University, and a Master of Science from the University of Colorado.
